At our brand, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase.

Returns or refunds will only be considered if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video and clear photographs for verification.

Exchange & Alteration Policy

As all our pieces are made with great care and attention to detail, we do not offer exchanges or returns.

If you experience any sizing issues, we’re happy to assist you with alteration guidance. We can also help with alteration changes at our end whenever possible.

Please note:

* The customer is responsible for the shipping charges involved in sending the garment back to us for alterations.
* Any shipping charges for sending the altered garment back to the customer will be borne by us.
* Alteration requests are subject to the design and construction of the garment.
